Nicola Alcantara, BS is a Business Development Specialist at Interactive Training Solutions LLC. Ms. Alcantara has a passion for helping clients to be successful by connecting them with the tools needed to attain their goals.  At Interactive Training Solutions, she creates partnerships with organizations; promoting growth and professional development.

Prior to joining Interactive, Nicola worked in the Education industry both in South Florida and in the Cayman Islands. In her capacity as a team leader and instructor, she gained results by building relationships with stakeholders and using creative strategies to motivate members within various levels.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, she is a multi-cultural individual who enjoys traveling to new destinations and experiencing different cultures. Nicola also takes pleasure in spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Alcantara is currently pursuing an MBA at the Florida International University Chapman Graduate School of Business and is expected to graduate in April of this year.
