Eileen Cala, BBA is a Business Development Specialist for Interactive Training Solutions, LLC. Ms. Cala is devoted to initiating and maintaining relationships with current and future clients by providing them with the essential value-added skill sets and strategies for maximizing their business and profitability.

Prior to working with Interactive Training Solutions, Eileen held a managerial position for a few years in a law firm where she exhibited strengths in the areas of managing diverse people and activities, coordinating and controlling operational efforts, prioritizing and analyzing needs, and general problem solving. Moreover, given the importance of strategic planning, she helped lead and direct firm owners as they pursued the firm’s vision.

In addition to working in the Law industry, Ms. Cala was the head of the dance program at a local Middle School where she gained the experience in observing and paying attention to detail, as well as good communications skills, and the ability to support and encourage others to succeed.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Eileen takes pleasure in dancing, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends. She has recently earned a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Florida International University.
